For domestic customers in Canada and locals we can help with return shipping with Canada post .
For all international customers please note that we will NOT refund the cost of shipping taxes and tariffs. Refunds will only be granted if a part does not fit due an error in the fabrication process or a material default .
We reserve the rights to adjust a returned part or remake a new part and resend at no cost, again we will NOT pay for any countries taxes , tariffs , shipping ONLY.
If we cannot make the proper fit with our templates and materials we may consider a refund of the cost of the part.
In all cases we first will need the part(s) returned before we proceed the return process.
